Terms & Conditions & Refunds

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

For orders placed before 2.00 pm, we aim to despatch them on the next working day. This means that you will normally receive your order to you in 3 working / business days. However, as we use a third party courier service, we cannot guarantee these lead times, but be assured we will always try our best.

There are very few areas that our couriers do not deliver to daily, but in these rare situations the delivery would only be delayed by one day – this is typically Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Taxable items have 20% VAT (sales tax) added.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment for the goods refunded in full, less the re-stocking fee and the delivery costs – unless the goods have not yet been despatched – then you will receive a complete refund.

To cancel your order after you have recieved the goods, please email us to let us know so we can give you a returns number and also the returns address. Then just send them back to us, at the returns address given, in the original packaging, in the same perfect condition that we sent them to you. When we have received them back, and checked the condition we will give you a full refund for the goods, less the re-stocking fee. We are unable to refund your delivery costs though as these go to the courier company.

The exception to this is where we have produced bespoke, made to order or customised goods that are specifc to you and your specifications. Unless these are faulty they are non refundable.

Please do be aware that your complete satisfaction and delight in our products and services is our goal, we would like you to come back and also to recommend us to your friends and colleagues. So we will do everything we can to make you happy and look forward to welcoming you back as a repeat client!

RESTOCKING POLICY

Any undamaged and re-saleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the returned goods or £20, whichever is the greater.

We understand and respect the value of your privacy. We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Personal collection – unfortunately we are not able to offer this, as we are an internet based business.
